Honest and transparent management
Prohibition of receiving gratuity from stakeholders
- Employees must not accept favors from stakeholders, regardless of the reasons, and should politely refuse or return any favors offered by stakeholders.
- Employees' family members should also refrain from receiving or demanding favors considered related to employees' duties from stakeholders.

- Strict compliance with the "Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act" in transactions with partner companies is required.
- When selecting partner companies, the best partners should be chosen based on fair and transparent principles, and these principles should be observed in all transactions, including not only bulk purchase contracts but also simple service contracts.

Prohibition of bribery and offering favors
- Employees must strictly comply with anti-corruption laws and international agreements of each country when performing their duties and must not offer or provide money or any other benefits to public officials for business gains.
- Matters that may be interpreted as violations of anti-corruption laws should be reported to management immediately and processed through consultation with the legal department, and decisions should not be made arbitrarily.
Fostering a healthy organizational culture
- Employees should always respect and consider each other to foster a healthy organizational culture, refraining from behaviors that violate individuals' basic human rights, such as verbal abuse, harassment, violence, and sexual harassment.
- Discrimination based on race, nationality, gender, age, education, religion, region of origin, disability, marital status, gender identity, or political opinions is prohibited.

Protection of company assets
- Company assets should only be used for the company's business activities and approved purposes, and employees are responsible for preventing the loss, misuse, and theft of assets.
- Unauthorized use of company assets for purposes other than their original intent, or their removal from the premises without prior approval, is strictly prohibited.

Human Rights Policy
Principles
- We respect and protect human rights of all stakeholders who are affected by our business activities, including our employees, clients, suppliers, and local communities. We are in line with a variety of international norms in human rights (hereinafter guidelines) embracing the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, UN Global Impact, UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, labor-related principles recommended by the International Labor Organization and ratified the government and laws of countries where we are doing our business.
Operating Guidelines
- (1) Human Treatment
We make every effort to create a safe working environment free from any form of inhumane treatment and threats, including mental or physical coercion and abusive language so that human rights of employees are fully respected. - (2) Anti-Forced Labor
We do not restrain mental or physical freedom or force employees to work against their will. We do not require the transfer of identifications issued by the government, passports, or work permits in return for employment. - (3) Anti-Child Labor
We are in compliance with national and regional laws of each country on minimum age of employment and imposes the ban on the labor of children under the age of 15 at all sites. When we hire children aged under 18, we make sure that they are not involved in any dangerous or harmful work for the sake of safety in line with labor relations acts and laws. - (4) Anti-Discrimination
We give all of our employees and applicants fair opportunities in terms of personnel operation, including employment, promotion, reward and disciplinary actions. We do not discriminate against them for the reasons of race, gender, age, place of origin, academic background, marital status, religion, political view, social status and disability. - (5) Human Rights Protection of Local Residents
We respect and protects the right to life, the freedom of movement, the right to safety and property ownership of local residents in areas where we operate business. - (6) Environmental Rights Protection
We stick to the principle of preventive approaches in order to protect local residents from difficulties caused by harmful substances and noises while providing a means of remedy for affected individuals or groups in areas where we operate business.
